Arbitrary file upload via unvalidated firmware URL

Unrestricted file upload in Verizon 5G Home LVSKIHP IDU 3.4.66.162 and ODU 3.33.101.0 allows remote attackers to write files via a URL. The CRTC and ODU RPC update handlers pass an unvalidated attacker-supplied URL to crtc_fw_upgrade or crtcfwimage, causing the device to fetch and store an arbitrary file. Reachability requires access to the RPC listener and its firmware-embedded client certificate; the bounded result is attacker-chosen file placement.
