Unauthenticated data disclosure via predictable export paths
Published Oct 17, 2022 · Updated May 13, 2025
Information disclosure in Pixelbart Helpful before 4.5.26 allows remote attackers to download exported logs and feedback as CSV files. Administrative export actions write logs.csv and feedback.csv under the public wp-content/uploads/helpful directory without access controls or unpredictable names. Exploitation requires an administrator to generate an export; exposed files can reveal stored IP addresses, names, and email addresses.
