Exact vote timestamp disclosure via sortable voter list

Information disclosure in MediaWiki SecurePoll through 1.37.2 allows remote attackers to learn voters' exact vote timestamps. The public voter list hides precise times but still accepts the private vote timestamp as a sort key, exposing the order derived from that value. The leak is reachable when an election exposes its voter list; comparing sorted results reveals voting times but not ballot choices.
