Authenticated signature overwrite via unchecked user identifier

Authorization bypass in OpenEMR before 7.0.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite another user's saved signature. The portal/sign/lib/save-signature.php endpoint accepted a caller-supplied user identifier without checking it against the authenticated session. Any authenticated non-portal account reaching the endpoint could replace a different user's signature, undermining the integrity and attribution of signed records.
