Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 22.001.20085 and earlier allows attackers to execute code through a malicious PDF. While processing a doc object, Reader reads past the end of an allocated memory structure; Adobe has disclosed no finer-grained parser locus. The 2020 and 2017 tracks are affected through 20.005.3031x and 17.012.30205; exploitation requires a victim to open the file and runs as that user.
