Local privilege escalation in Yandex Browser for Windows before 22.3.3.801 allows local users to execute code with SYSTEM privileges. During browser updates, temporary files are placed in a directory whose insecure permissions let an unprivileged user manipulate update input consumed by the elevated process. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a browser update, after which attacker-controlled code runs as SYSTEM.
