Controller file disclosure via unrestricted FTP source
Published Mar 29, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Path traversal in Jenkins Pipeline: Phoenix AutoTest Plugin 1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read controller files. The ftp Pipeline step accepts an unrestricted source path and uploads the selected controller file to an attacker-specified FTP server. Item/Configure permission on a job is sufficient, and exploitation discloses any controller file readable by the Jenkins process.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
