Secret extraction and SSRF via external entities

XXE in Jenkins Pipeline: Phoenix AutoTest Plugin 1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract controller secrets. The readXml and writeXml build steps pass attacker-controlled XML to a parser that resolves external entities instead of disabling them. Control of a step input is required; successful parsing reads controller-accessible data or makes server-side requests from the controller.
