Unauthorized job permission changes via non-POST endpoints

CSRF in Jenkins Job and Node ownership Plugin 0.13.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter job owners and permissions. The affected ownership endpoints accept state-changing requests without requiring POST, so a cross-site request can invoke owner and permission updates. Exploitation requires a signed-in victim to interact with attacker-controlled content and applies only to Jenkins 2.286 and earlier or LTS 2.277.1 and earlier.
