Controller secret extraction and SSRF via external entities

XXE in the XML parser of Jenkins Flaky Test Handler Plugin 1.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract controller secrets. The plugin passes a crafted file to an XML parser that resolves attacker-supplied external entities instead of disabling their resolution. Item/Configure permission is required; entity resolution can read Jenkins controller secrets or send server-side requests.
