Stored XSS via unrestricted OAuth callback schemes

Stored XSS in Jenkins Bitbucket Server Integration Plugin 2.0.0 through 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. OAuth consumer creation accepts callback URLs without restricting their scheme, so a stored javascript URL executes in a victim browser. Attackers must be able to create a Bitbucket Server consumer, and victim interaction exposes the Jenkins web session to script actions.
