HTML injection in Turtlapp Turtle Note 0.7.2.6 allows remote authenticated users to redirect viewers through shared Markdown notes. The Markdown rendering path leaves meta tags intact, causing an injected http-equiv refresh directive to open an attacker-selected URI. Exploitation requires a recipient to open a person-to-person shared note; published research identifies arbitrary URI schemes as paths to NTLMv2 hash disclosure or code execution.
