Internal service access via unrestricted URL fetch

Server-side request forgery in Jspxcms 10.2.0 allows remote attackers to make server-originated HTTP requests via a crafted URL. The fetch_url.do handler passes its url parameter through fetchUrl and fetchHtml to HttpClient.execute without restricting the destination. No authentication or user interaction is required; reachable internal HTTP or HTTPS services can be probed or accessed with the application's network privileges.
