CVE-2022-28079Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated SQL injection via course_code parameter

Published May 5, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

College Management System 1.0 SQL injection allows remote authenticated users to read or modify database data via the course_code parameter. The asign-single-student-subjects.php endpoint inserts that submitted value into a database query without effective neutralization, allowing crafted boolean expressions to alter query logic. Access requires a valid authenticated session and can expose or change application data, with broader database compromise possible through the vulnerable query.
