Arbitrary file upload in Car Rental System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code by uploading a PHP webshell. The Add Car image handler stores attacker-supplied PHP content in a web-accessible location without restricting dangerous file types. An authenticated application account is required, and invoking the uploaded webshell executes commands with the web server's privileges.
