Database reads and writes via injectable id parameter

SQL injection in Student Grading System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter database data through the id parameter. The rms.php student_p route incorporates the id value into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling UNION-based extraction. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient, and injected queries operate within the database permissions assigned to the web application.
