Database disclosure via unneutralized menu filter
Published Apr 26, 2022 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
SQL injection in CuppaCMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data through menu_filter requests to right.php. The endpoint incorporates menu_filter into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, and Boolean conditions change its response. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published proof of concept demonstrates a Boolean oracle for extracting database values.
