Process abort via unchecked recursive parse result

Reachable assertion in Tcpreplay tcprewrite 4.4.1 allows local users to crash the utility by opening a crafted packet capture. The get_layer4_v6 loop recurses on an IPv6-in-IPv6 header but fails to stop when the recursive call returns NULL, so the next call hits its non-null assertion. Execution requires a user to run tcprewrite on an attacker-supplied pcap; the resulting abort interrupts only that process.
