Unauthenticated service interruption via unbounded ZIP uploads
Published Feb 16, 2023 · Updated Mar 18, 2025
Improper input validation in Palantir Gotham before 3.22.11.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt Dispatch via crafted ZIP uploads. An unauthenticated upload endpoint loads portions of each maliciously crafted ZIP archive into memory without adequately bounding resource use. Repeated requests exhaust Dispatch server memory, interrupting a core service that enforces access control, generates logs, and coordinates database-bound requests.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
