Account impersonation via unenforced upload execution restrictions

Stored XSS in Palantir Foundry Blobster 3.207.0 through 3.227.0 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate others via uploaded files. Compass Blobster serves uploaded HTML and JavaScript while its content security policy fails to apply expected execution restrictions, causing the HTML to load the script in a visitor's Foundry context. Exploitation requires Foundry access to upload both files and a second user to click the supplied link; the script can perform Foundry actions or capture that user's session token.
