CVE-2022-27888

Session-token disclosure via backend event logging

Published Apr 26, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Sensitive-data logging in Palantir Technologies Foundry Issues 2.244.0 through 2.249.0 allows local users to obtain session tokens. The service writes tokens from directly interacting users into backend event logs instead of excluding those credentials from logged event data. Exploitation requires read access to the affected logs; a captured token grants Foundry access in the user's context until token expiry.
