CVE-2022-27880Network attack vector

Stored script execution via undisclosed configuration page

Published May 5, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Stored XSS in F5 Traffix SDC 5.1.x before 5.1.35 and 5.2.x before 5.2.2 allows attackers to run JavaScript in a logged-in user session. F5 has not disclosed the affected page, input field, or missing output-encoding operation that lets stored content reach the browser as executable script. Exploitation requires high-privileged Configuration utility access and a logged-in user to open the affected page; impact is limited to that user's browser context.
