State-changing requests via session cookie token reuse

CSRF in affected Octopus Server releases allows remote attackers to make state-changing HTTP requests through a valid user session. The server accepts the authenticated session cookie itself as the anti-CSRF token instead of requiring an independent request token. A valid user session and a request capable of changing server state are required; the advisory reports no confidentiality or availability effects.
