Persistent authenticated access via unvalidated session dates

Insufficient session expiration in Octopus Server allows remote attackers with a valid session token to retain authenticated access indefinitely. The session-cookie validator accepts the token date without enforcing the server-defined expiration policy, so supplied token parameters can prevent expiry. Exploitation requires possession of a usable session token and preserves that token's authorized access to server data and actions.
