NTLM authentication relay via Git connectivity test

Authentication bypass in affected Octopus Server releases allows remote attackers to relay server NTLM authentication through an outbound SMB request. The Git Connectivity test for a VCS project accepts a crafted network destination and causes the server to initiate SMB authentication to it, exposing that exchange for capture and relay. Exploitation requires control of the connectivity-test destination and an SMB-reachable relay target that accepts the captured authentication, after which the relayed server identity can access permitted resources.
