Session cookie theft via uncleaned PATCH input

Stored XSS in Microweber before 1.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to steal session cookies through a crafted category title. The XSS middleware cleans POST bodies but, before the fix, forwards PATCH request fields such as an edited category title without applying HTMLClean. A low-privileged account able to update a category can persist script that executes when another user views the category.
