Cross-site scripting in SourceCodester Library Management System allows remote authenticated users to inject script through the QR route. The QR route places the attacker-controlled error parameter into generated page content without neutralizing executable markup. A victim must load the resulting page; the injected script then runs in the page's browser security context and can alter displayed content.
