CVE-2022-27662Network attack vector

Authenticated template instruction execution via stored injection

Published May 5, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Template injection in F5 Traffix SDC 5.1.x before 5.1.35 and 5.2.x before 5.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute template instructions. An undisclosed Configuration utility page stores attacker-controlled template syntax and later evaluates it in the server context. Exploitation requires high privileges and another user's interaction; published impacts are limited to confidentiality and integrity.
