Unauthenticated command execution via OOB session race

Race condition in OOB Management session processing in Synology DSM before 7.1.1-42962-2 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The session-processing path concurrently uses a shared resource without proper synchronization; Synology has not disclosed the resource or trigger. Network access to OOB Management is sufficient, without authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation executes arbitrary commands.
