Unauthenticated command execution via OOB packet decryption

Memory-buffer bounds failure in Synology DiskStation Manager before 7.1.1-42962-2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. OOB Management's packet-decryption function performs an operation outside the intended memory-buffer boundary when processing attacker-controlled packets. No authentication or user interaction is required, but exposure is limited to DS3622xs+, FS3410, and HD6500 systems using the affected OOB Management component.
