Path traversal in Synology Storage Analyzer allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary files through its webapi component. Synology has not disclosed which webapi handler accepts the path or how it fails to confine deletion targets. Versions before 2.1.0-0390 on DSM 7.0 and 7.1 or before 2.0.1-0214 on DSM 6.2 are affected, and exploitation requires high-privilege authenticated access.
