Application crash via AP4_HvccAtom heap over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Bento4 1.6.0-639 allows attackers to crash mp4tag or read process memory through a crafted MP4 file. AP4_HvccAtom::AP4_HvccAtom reads one byte past a 22-byte heap buffer while parsing the malformed hvcC atom. Processing the file with mp4tag is required; the published proof of concept demonstrates a sanitizer-detected crash, not retrieval of the over-read byte.
