Insecure library loading in QNAP QVPN Device Client for Windows before 2.0.0.1316 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. QNAP identifies an uncontrolled library search path but does not disclose the executable, library name, searched directory, or loading call that trusts the path. A local account is required, and attacker-controlled code executes in the QVPN process context, enabling data access, modification, or service interruption within that context.
