Command injection in QNAP VS Series NVR devices running QVR before 5.1.6 build 20220401 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary commands. QNAP has not published the affected endpoint, parameter, or the operation that fails to neutralize command elements in untrusted input. The network-reachable path requires no authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation grants command execution on the recorder.
