Reflected XSS in HCL iNotes 9 through 12 allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser via a crafted URL. The web client improperly validates user-supplied input from a form POST request before returning it to the victim's browser. Exploitation requires a victim to follow the URL, after which script runs in the site's security context and can steal cookie-based authentication credentials.
