Root command execution via execute CLI injection

OS command injection in Fortinet FortiDDoS and FortiDDoS-F allows local users to execute shell code as root through the CLI. The execute CLI command path fails to neutralize shell metacharacters in attacker-controlled command input before invoking the underlying operating-system shell. Authenticated CLI access with execute permission is required, after which commands run with root privileges on the appliance.
