OS command injection in Fortinet FortiADC 7.0.0 through 7.0.2 and affected 5.x and 6.x branches allows local users to execute shell code as root. Fortinet has not published which CLI command or input parameter fails to neutralize shell metacharacters before invoking the operating-system shell. Low-privileged CLI access is required; injected code then runs with root privileges and permits appliance data access, alteration, or service interruption.
