Unauthenticated file disclosure via static web-root exports
Published Apr 12, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Missing authorization in Siemens SICAM A8000 CP-8031 and CP-8050 before 4.80 allows remote attackers to download files. SICAM WEB leaves operator-generated exports in the web root under static filenames, retains them after download, and serves direct requests without authentication. An authenticated operator must first generate an export; afterward, any remote attacker able to reach the management web server can read its contents.
