Internal resource access via arbitrary plugin download URL

Server-side request forgery in Jizhicms 1.9.5 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve internal resources through the plugin updater. The update endpoint accepts an arbitrary download_url for action=start-download, fetches that URL server-side, and saves the response in a filepath-derived ZIP cache file. An administrative session is required; successful use exposes responses from localhost or intranet services and supports port scanning or service interruption.
