Improper input validation in Chamilo LMS 1.11.13 allows remote authenticated users to escalate their accounts to Platform Admin. The user modification form accepts a privilege-bearing change without validating whether the requester is authorized to make it. Access to the form with a high-privilege account is required, and successful exploitation grants full platform-administration privileges.
