Unauthenticated command execution via unfiltered query string

Command injection in TOTOLINK N600R 5.3c.5507_B20171031 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via crafted HTTP requests. The Main function reads QUERY_STRING without filtering, splices it into a shell command, and executes the resulting string. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands run with the web process's privileges on the router.
