Database crash via short plugin library name

Use-after-free in MariaDB Server allows remote attackers to crash the database by submitting a crafted INSTALL PLUGIN statement. The fix shows that fix_dl_name subtracts the shared-library extension length from an attacker-controlled shorter name before my_strcasecmp reads it. The malformed statement must reach the SQL interface, and successful triggering terminates the database service without a published confidentiality or integrity impact.
