Server crash via inconsistent optimizer item cleanup

Reachable assertion in affected MariaDB Server 10.4 through 10.7 releases allows remote attackers to crash the server via crafted SQL. During HAVING-to-WHERE condition pushdown, Item_equal::create_pushable_equalities marks only a constant parent immutable, allowing cleanup to leave an unfixed child inside a fixed item tree. The SQL interface must execute the crafted statements; a successful trigger terminates mysqld and drops every active session.
