Missing authentication in Zammad 5.0.3 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary entries to the CTI caller log over the network. The caller-log write path performs incorrect access checking and accepts entries without authentication; the affected function and request field remain undisclosed. Network reachability is sufficient, and forged entries can support phishing or interrupt service availability.
