Reflected script execution via unescaped fee-sheet JSON

Reflected XSS in OpenEMR before 7.0.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through fee-sheet AJAX output. The fee_sheet_options_ajax.php handler echoed JSON directly, allowing untrusted fee-sheet values to remain executable markup instead of applying the text() output encoding used by the fix. Exploitation requires no attacker account but requires a user to open a crafted request; injected script then runs in the trusted application origin.
