Browser script execution via unescaped whitelist option

DOM-based XSS in OpenEMR before 7.0.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via a whitelist entry. The add-manually handler in interface/super/manage_site_files.php inserts the new_type value into option HTML without attribute or text escaping. An authenticated user must add crafted content and another user must render it, enabling access to browser-visible data and actions in the victim's session.
