Unauthenticated code execution via crafted packet
Published Apr 10, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
OS command injection in InHand Networks InRouter 900 firmware before 1.0.0.r11700 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted packet. The packet reaches sub_12028, but published materials do not disclose which field enters an operating-system command or how validation fails. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation permits command execution on the router, including data access, modification, and service interruption.
