File overwrite via duplicate-name upload collisions

Arbitrary file overwrite in Express-FileUpload 1.3.1 allows remote attackers to replace server files through duplicate-name uploads. The multipart handler retains duplicate client filenames, allowing application mv() calls based on those names to select and overwrite the same destination path. Exploitation requires a reachable upload route that accepts multiple files and moves attacker-named content into a sensitive directory; the maintainer disputes that this behavior constitutes a package vulnerability.
