Credential theft via GET-enabled SSH connection endpoint

CSRF in Jenkins Kubernetes Continuous Deploy Plugin 2.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to capture stored Jenkins credentials. The affected HTTP endpoint accepts non-POST browser requests and uses a supplied credentials ID to authenticate an outbound SSH connection. Exploitation requires a logged-in Jenkins user to follow an attacker-controlled request and a credentials ID obtained separately; the SSH server receives the selected secret.
