Client-secret disclosure via plaintext configuration storage

Credential disclosure in Jenkins GitLab Authentication Plugin 1.13 and earlier allows local users to read the configured GitLab client secret. The plugin serializes the OAuth client secret without encryption into the controller's global config.xml file as part of its configuration. Exploitation requires access to the controller file system and exposes the OAuth credential, without reported data modification or service interruption.
